If you're looking at this document it means you've been apart of the department before and are interested in making a reinstatement. In order to be eligible for a reinstatement to the Los Santos Fire Department, you must have been at least a Firefighter or Single Function Paramedic off of probation and had been in the Fire Department for at least a month before your termination or resignation. If you feel like you meet the aforementioned requirements, feel free to file a reinstatement request with the form below:
