SECTION ONE - PERSONAL INFORMATION

1.1: Full Name: Angela A'Franklins
1.2: Previous Department: San Fierro Fire Department.
1.3: Previous Badge Number: 120433
1.4: Previous Assignment + Rank: EMT III - Paramedic

SECTION TWO - MOTIVATIONAL INFORMATION

2.1: Why do you want to transfer to the Los Santos Fire Department (min. 150 words): My decision to transfer to the Los Santos Fire Department comes down to a desire for growth and a need to test my skills in the most demanding environment possible. Serving in San Fierro has been an incredible chapter of my career; it’s a city that taught me the fundamentals of adaptability, from navigating tight, hilly terrain to handling complex urban rescues. But Los Santos operates on an entirely different scale. It is a massive, sprawling metropolis with a unique set of challenges—ranging from high-density residential structures and heavy industrial risks to the unpredictable wildland-urban interfaces surrounding the county.

I want to bring my experience in high-angle rescues and structural fire suppression to a department that faces these diverse emergencies daily. I thrive under pressure, and I am looking to embed myself in a team where the tempo is fast and the expectations are unmatched. Ultimately, this transfer isn't just a change of scenery for me; it is a deliberate step to challenge myself as a firefighter and paramedic, ensuring that I can deliver the highest level of public safety to a community that truly needs it.
2.2: What type of experience and mindset could you bring to the Department (min. 200 words):Bringing an established track record from San Fierro, I offer a blend of technical expertise and a calculated, high-stakes mindset developed over years of frontline service. Having achieved the rank of Firefighter III and served as an EMT III Officer, I am not just looking to fill a slot on a roster; I am looking to actively contribute to the operational readiness of the Los Santos Fire Department from day one.

My experience as a Firefighter III means I have spent years mastering advanced fire suppression tactics, complex vehicle extrications, and hazardous materials response. I understand the mechanics of fire behavior in dense urban areas, and I know how to execute strategic objectives under extreme pressure. Compounding this is my background as an EMT III Officer. In that role, I didn’t just administer advanced life support; I led medical responses, managed triages during multi-casualty incidents, and made critical, split-second clinical decisions when a patient’s life hung in the balance. I understand how to bridge the gap between fire combat and emergency medicine seamlessly.

Beyond the certifications, the mindset I bring is one of disciplined leadership and continuous improvement. As an officer, I learned that true leadership on a scene isn’t about shouting orders—it’s about maintaining absolute situational awareness, fostering clear communication, and keeping the crew calm when chaos hits. I approach every shift with a proactive, team-first attitude, an uncompromising adherence to safety protocols, and a deep respect for the chain of command. I am ready to adapt my experience to the unique grid, diverse demographics, and intense operational tempo of Los Santos.
2.3: What would you say your drive to pursue a career with our agency is exactly (min. 150 words):
My drive to pursue a career with the Los Santos Fire Department stems from a deep-seated commitment to high-performance public service and a refusal to stagnate. I don't just want a job in fire and rescue; I want to be part of the premier agency that sets the standard for emergency response. The sheer volume, diversity, and complexity of the calls this department handles demand an elite level of focus, sharpness, and physical readiness. That environment is exactly where I belong and where I do my best work.

I am driven by the responsibility of being the person people call on their worst days, and I want to fulfill that duty alongside the best in the business. LSFD’s reputation for aggressive firefighting, cutting-edge medical intervention, and unwavering community trust aligns perfectly with my personal work ethic. I want to test my limits, absorb the specialized knowledge of this veteran crew, and prove that my experience can be a valuable asset to the safety of Los Santos. For me, this agency represents the pinnacle of the profession, and my drive is to earn my place here and protect this city with everything I have.

(( SECTION THREE - OUT OF CHARACTER ))

3.1: What is your current time zone: UTC +3:00
3.2: Please provide a picture of your /stats: ACCESS
3.3: Why do you want to join the faction on an out of character level:On an out-of-character level, my motivation to join the faction stems from a genuine desire to engage in high-quality, immersive emergency services roleplay. I’ve always been drawn to factions that operate with a strong sense of structure, realism, and internal culture, and the LSFD consistently stands out as a benchmark for that on the server.

I really enjoy the unique dynamic of faction roleplay—specifically the balance between fast-paced, high-stakes emergency scenes and the detailed, character-driven passive roleplay that happens back at the station during downtime. I’m looking for a community of like-minded players who value realistic character progression, solid banter, and strict adherence to server rules and portrayal standards.

Additionally, I want to challenge myself by developing a new character arc within a completely different environment. Moving a character's story from San Fierro to Los Santos provides a great narrative baseline to build new relationships, adapt to a new faction dynamic, and contribute positively to the faction’s overall activity and atmosphere. Ultimately, I’m looking to bring a reliable, active, and team-oriented presence to the faction, both on the airwaves and behind the scenes.
3.4: What communities do you have experience as Fire/EMS and what did you do there: Revolt RP - AMG RP (Arab heavy RP) Los Santos RP
